Navigating the Feed Listing
  1. Once users have submitted a Spend File for upload, thy may view its status by navigating to the Feed List Management section. This is located under the Feeds drop-down menu item.image.png


  1. Here users will see a list of files that have been uploaded and their status.image.png


There are 5 file statuses 

  • Not Started – the processor has not started, processing occurs at 5-minute intervals

  • In Process – the file is being processed

  • Successful – the file has processed successfully

  • Failed – the file failed to process (File was password protected, etc.)

  • Blocked – the file has been blocked (The Record ID has already been loaded and that record has been locked for edits)


 The file will be evaluated:

  • Records – the number of records found in the file

  • Errors – the number of errors found (based on set validation rules)

  • Warnings - the number of warnings found (based on set validation rules)

  • Duplicates - the number of duplicates flagged (based on the system configured duplicate rules)

You will also see the import date and the User who uploaded the file. If the file was uploaded through an sFTP there will not be a name listed.

  1. You may use the ellipses drop-down to download the original file, upload supporting documents or delete the file.
